Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the official Snapmaker ticket system with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request and may ask for photos or videos to determine if the issue can be resolved through a firmware update or part replacement.
Ship the Product
Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging including all tools and accessories, then ship it to our designated service center using the provided RMA label.
Inspection and Refund
